How long does it
take to receive my order?
It takes
approximately 1-4 weeks from receipt of your custom order (time will
be less for small orders). If a back order of fabric is necessary
you will be contacted with a chance to re-select or cancel.
How do I place an
order?
Just call
or email us to let us know what you want made. We like to
speak to the customer so that we can be sure we are making exactly
what is desired. At times, we will have pay pal buttons on
different items. If you want a variation to that item call or
email us and let us know (depending on variation price may
change). Remember, we are a phone call or email away, please
call if you have any question or concern!
How do I choose
fabrics?
If we do
not have the fabrics you want in-stock, we can order the fabric you
desire from one of our fabric providers. If you are not sure
what fabric you want, there is a link to Jo Ann's Fabric on our
Fabric page.
How do we contact
you if we have a question, concern, or want to place a custom order?

Can I give you
measurements for my desired order?
Of course! Remember, we
specialize in custom orders. Products shown are not the only
design or size available. Contact us today for your custom
order!
What if I don't
know what I am having?
If you don't know the sex of
your baby yet, but still want to have something made before you find
out, we can choose unisex color themes. If you don't
plan on finding out the sex until you actually have the baby, we can
still design together the perfect nursery or other item for your
baby!
Can I order a
fabric sample before I decide?
Yes. We can send you a
sample piece of the fabric at no or little charge.
How far in advance
can I place an order?
Whenever you want!
How much is
shipping?

Does Acorn Brown
Baby make bumper guards?
Due to the hazard of bumper
guards, we only make them per request. To have a bumper guard
added to your nursery it will be an additional $19.95.
What if I don't
like my purchase?
We stand behind our work.
If you find a defect or don't like the design, we will try our best
to fix the problem or suggest another design at our expense.
Keep in mind that we made your order custom to your specifications
and fabric chose so ultimately, it can not be returned.
